Information for Christmas Mini Sessions 2023

1. Timeliness is Key: Your mini photo session is designed to be a precise 20 minutes in duration. It's crucial that you arrive on time for your appointment. Being punctual ensures we can make the most of our limited time together, capturing beautiful moments without any rush.

2. Location and Arrival: There is no official address on Google since it's a field. Please refer to the map below for directions to the session. Look for the driveway located between 260 and 276 Bean Porridge Hill Rd, Westminster, MA. I will decorate the entrance with Christmas decor to help you easily identify the entrance point.

3. Wardrobe: Have your chosen outfits ready and neatly arranged before the session begins. This will save time and ensure we maximize the 20 minutes for photography. Make sure your clothes are ironed, as they will look neater in the photos.

4. Young Children and Pets: If you have young children or pets with you, ensure they are well-rested and fed before the session. This will help create a more cooperative and enjoyable experience. Please make sure to use the bathroom beforehand, as there will be no bathroom facilities available in the field.

5. Respect Time Constraints: To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we must adhere to the 20-minute time frame. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

6. Photo Selection: After the session, within a week, upon receiving full payment, I will provide you with edited photos from your session. You can then choose your 20 favorites, and once you've made your selections, I will send them to you for download. If additional photos are captured, and you wish to purchase the full gallery, please note that there will be an extra charge.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know in advance. I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.

8. Final Payment. Please ensure that all necessary payments are made promptly after the session. This is crucial for me to begin working on your photos or to send them to you. Kindly note that I won't be able to start working on the photos and deliver them within a week until payment is received.

9. Enjoy the Experience: Remember, this is a fun and creative process. Try to relax, enjoy the session, and let your personality shine through in the photos.
