Hi there! I am so happy that you would like to do a photo session with me. I am so honored to be taking your photos. Photography is my love, passion and my job. It takes time for me to edit photos, drive to the session, take photos, pay taxes..…you get it :) I have a lot of friends that are always reaching out to me, but there is such a limited time I have and I want to be fair with everyone. So, I have created discounted rates for my close friends. My typical session this year starts at $600.00 but My Friend Session rate is $500.00 per 45 minutes session within 30 minutes from my home zip code 01564. If distance is more than 30 minutes there will be an extra $50.00 per hour drive plus parking fee. Maximum travel time for family session is 90 minutes.
How to book family session with Iryna’s Photography
Family Session can be scheduled only on one of this days Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Choose your date and check with me if I am available.
Reserve your date by paying a non refundable booking fee $50.00 through Venmo or Zelle. I know you may think we are friends do I have to pay booking fee? This is my job and there is a limited amount of sessions I can do, so session needs to be booked/reserved by paying a booking fee.
Sign Contract. Yes, Contract needs to be signed for my taxes/income purposes.
After we sign contract and booking/reservation fee is paid, your date is reserved in my calendar. Yay!!!
Final Balance is due on the day of the photo session by cash, Venmo or Zelle. Booking fee is a part of the final amount, so $400.00 minus booking fee.
I don’t hold rain dates! If it rains on the day then we can reschedule your session. You have to give me 24 hours notice if you would like to reschedule your photo session.
Family Session must be used on the same year that it was booked.
Be on time to your session.
You will get from 25-50 edited jpg photos in online gallery in 14 business days. There will be no original/raw photos available.
